If you have Neptune in your 1st house, you are VERY open to all types of health challenges. You must protect your health and self. That means all of yourself, even if you don't believe in the soul or spirit.

It's easy to think about your mental health. It's even easier to feel your physical health. But your soul or spiritual health matters just as much.

The Sun as the Soul or Spirit
That bright ball of heat and light in the sky is the spiritual element of life itself. It's the source, the life force that lets your body and mind exist on this planet. Think about how you feel when the Sun shows up or the clouds part. Yep, that. It's bigger than you.

Each planet carries something significant that will show where you need to protect your health and self.

Good News on Neptune
There are good traits that can show up with Neptune. You most likely have spiritual, creative, artistic talent that's more intangible than physical.

Neptune is about speech, singing, musical instruments, audio and video, a TV and film star, but it's all based on placement, house and aspects.

Neptune can also be about aromas, so cooking and gardening might work well depending on other placements. There's success with liquids, so that's alcohol a.k.a. spirits, but also resources like oil and gas.

Basically, it's anything that's experienced through the senses except for touch. But that's the very same reason I believe it's important to share this warning.

Be Warned. Be Careful. Take Care.
Neptune always plays a role in illness. Always. So it's important to note where Neptune sits in your chart. Its placement can give real clues to the who, what, when, where, why and how.

I started learning about this based on the recent and ongoing pandemic. I have a lot more research to do on this, but the evidence is adding up based on more recent contagious diseases.

I'm seeing the outer planet shift showing up more and more. Fire and Air are in. Earth and Water are out. Anecdotal of course, but this is happening all around. And this is just the beginning.

Not only am I separating from a few larger "identity" groups that are clearly locked in past behaviors and beliefs, but I've received a variety of personal news that completely eliminated old friendships due to their passing away.

Then just today, I received personal news that fully opens up my future path. And if you're reading this right now, then you're reading my other developing path (this very subreddit is a part of it).

Now online is where this has REALLY shown up. This has nothing to do with me. I'm seeing more than a handful of astrologers ending and beginning in a variety of ways. There's a density of change happening across so many of them. This is very real. I've noticed these types of patterns over the years. And when similarities show up with astrologers, then I really pay attention.

All of this separation is preparation.

Pluto, North Node in Aquarius
Hidden talents will begin showing up in far more powerful ways. But there's a battle for power here too. This relates to niche groups. And it will only increase. There will be winners. There will be losers. Shift or struggle, but unfortunately, your chart mostly determines which one you'll experience more. You do have a choice, but the work might be tougher for some. It's not easy on the tougher side of existence.

Saturn, Neptune in Aries
I just wrote a post about how Saturn and Neptune are slowing Aries down. This is dissolving and restructuring your Aries house, and Mars, as a long-term personal identity shift.

Uranus in Gemini
And Uranus is Gemini is the true shift between old and new thinking. And the old thinking, the old ways of "grouping by association" will shift and change in much more strict, yet aligned ways. Some of this will be surprising, but most of it will simply be about very real authenticity and connection. That will create some problems between groups, yet aggressors and old behaviors and attempts to control other groups will most likely lose in the long-term.

If you're going through separations, stay patient. It's tough, I know. Pain combines with the fear of uncertainty. But this is the healthiest alignment you can have in your life right now. It's happening for a reason. Keep going!

If you're holding onto what isn't working, including your very identity if your behaviors are inauthentic to your truest self, the coming years might be increasingly painful.

This is realignment at scale. The shift is here and there's no turning back.

I'll talk about this a lot, because it's affecting all of us and all the time for many years ahead. That's good long-term, yet greatly challenging in the process.

If some areas in your life are proving difficult to gain traction, then look at how Saturn and Neptune work.

Saturn struggles in Aries, but Saturn is so much stronger than nearly all other planetary expressions. Saturn is the only planet capable of going toe-to-toe with the Sun. So the nature of Saturn is often underappreciated, even if it's depressing at times.

And right now, Mars is in Taurus. That's slow, deliberate action. That's more aligned with that Saturn in Aries than you might think.

Slowing down in the coming months will save many of you from major mistakes.

Uranus in Gemini is not playing around.

The South Node in Leo with Jupiter is not playing around.

Once Mars leaves Taurus at the end of June, everything starts showing up. But Mars action will slowly build and build and build over the rest of the year. This lasts through the first half of 2027.

Where are you being dissolved and restructured?

Aries

You, your identity. You're probably going through a lot of starts and stops right now. And you most likely don't mind, because that's part of your nature. But there's something about this time that's really slowing you down. And you don't like that. It's teaching you a lesson about you. Will you slow down and listen and learn?

Taurus

Your disconnection with yourself, spirit and what isolates you. This can be uncomfortable, but also liberating. Embrace the discomfort, which is tough for you to do, because the other side of this will restructure your very surroundings.

Gemini

Friends and networks. There are major blockages here which also block your ability to earn. Stay patient, but keep going. The right people will show up as long as you keep working on what electrifies you.

Cancer

Career, work environment and reputation. Something about employment relates with your home life too. It might be you or someone in your family. There's a connection between these two things, so you or someone might face employment issues or a job change forcing relocation.

Leo

Your beliefs. You'll really go through changes over the next year. This might not be so easy, but you'll really know who you are by around this time next year.

Virgo

Deep relational contracts of all types, emotional, physiological and financial. This gets legal. Have a good attorney.

Libra

Relationships of all types with people, places and things; not just spouse and romantic partners, but also business partnerships and employers.

Scorpio

Your daily work and routine, the public health which affects you. Your coworkers and maybe even your employer are less effective than ever. You see it, but there's not much you can do about it. Stay patient and work on building and controlling your own income.

Sagittarius

Your fun might be affected more and more. Even if you're out there traveling, there are more challenges than ever. The process is far less smooth. There might even be health issues that show up based on your travels. But what was once fun for you is also shifting and changing. So all the blockages are teaching you something about yourself. Patience.

Capricorn

Your home life is probably less challenging than ever. That's actually a good thing. I would be careful with any intrusions if you own a house or properties. Just pay a lot of attention to preventative maintenance over the next few years.

Aquarius

You might be facing blocks in your local community. That is not a big deal, but it's also a problem for your specific interests. The groups you belong to aren't exactly cooperating like they used to cooperate. When the North Node enters Aquarius, you'll see why all of this is happening. You're about to lead new groups, through education, communications and local culture, that are much more authentic than ever.

Pisces

You might be facing a series of resource blockages. Maybe it's a slowing down of income or even food. There are family concerns here too, so there might be some health-related challenges which drain your resources. This looks like a time of spiritual shift, which isn't new for you, but your entire concept of home and family will change into something more aligned for you.

Just know that any frustration you're feeling isn't just you. There are A LOT of blockages and restrictions out there, and they're very unproductive. This too shall pass, but for now, patience is necessary.

July 2026

Get ready for even more increase in your expenses, which is not a surprise. And there's a lot of talk. A LOT. It's very emotional, very verbal, but it doesn't materialize into anything until around the end of July.

August 2026

Then something about all of this breaks. The ability to implement practical action comes back. August looks like a wild month which connects to the end of 2026 and into the first months of 2027.

Transits

At the end of June, Mercury stations retrograde while Jupiter is at the 29th degree of Cancer. That's significant. The topics and themes of Cancer over the last year, 2025-2026, of Jupiter's transit are about to wrap up. But it's a series of events to finalize the transit. It's not a one-off.

Now that Uranus is in Gemini, Mars will conjunct Uranus while this Mercury retrograde is in Cancer. That's a lot of thinking and breaking down the Jupiter exaltation we've seen. And I don't know if you're paying attention to the fact that Jupiter has been expanding things in unfortunate ways too.

Jupiter has been supported by the North Node in Pisces. And Saturn leaving Pisces opened all of those ungrounded beliefs without limits. We're experiencing that now. That's why everything is messy.

Saturn is slowing Aries down, so it's tough to gain any traction. So all of this isn't 100% good, but it's not the worst either. There are changes coming. Big changes.

Gemini Rising

Stay patient. Calm your mind. You're going to be overstimulated and that will not turn out well if you don't control your thoughts.

Cancer Rising

You're about to go through some serious internal shift. It might not be easy, but you'll get through it. This might even be a shift in your thinking or someone's thinking that causes some conflicts in your life. It's intense, but it's also temporary. Survive the summer roller coaster.

Virgo Rising

I keep saying this. Lean into Saturn. It's a hidden superpower for you, but the next couple of months will test your ability to learn this and implement it successfully. You're about to have challenges involving career, networks and friends. Your near-term future and personal success will be based on what's happening over these months and late 2026 into 2027.

It's easy to say these things happen all the time. They do, but during these specific transits, they reach a massive peak of activity.

But the difference this round is how long the South Node influence will last. It's the entire time versus a few months. This is major, major, major. So that means the North Node in Aquarius has a lot of building influence. Saturn will rule and slowly run the show. That's not necessarily a good thing while it's crumbling, but it's part of the life cycle.

About Mars

Now add Mars to the mix and this has the potential to be aggressive. There's a play between Mars and Saturn, action and blockage, speed and stagnation. These are revolutionary times as history repeats in rhymes.

Some natal placements ...

The house system you use matters, so just pay attention to where Leo is in your chart. Then adjust according to that house or those houses.

So if you were born prior to 1990-1991 and old enough to remember what was happening in your life around that time, there will be similar rhyming events.

Lay lower over this time. Unless you're in the right place, around the right people, and are truly supported, this time might cause problems for you. Otherwise, quiet confidence is your best friend for a year.

You might be surprised how much you let go and learn versus who you are today. You'll shine much brighter on the other side of this, because there are people, places and things that just aren't, are not, working for you ... yet you believe that they are working for you. Nope. You'll see in a year.

Aquarius Rising

You're about to rise and shine. You'll be more Leo than actual Leos, as crazy as that sounds. Remember your cause instead of your ego, because this can inflate your ego beyond healthy limits and then ... see Leo Rising. Same goes for you if and when that happens.

If Leo is your 4th house, there's family or housing topics in play, but also career related matters which might affect your home and family.

Cancer Rising
